Delivery (Shipping) Information
All orders placed Monday through Friday for in-stock merchandise will be processed on the following business day. We typically ship via USPS or other if necessary. For shipping, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. All other additional shipping options will be charged as noted on the customer checkout page and will be applied as chosen by the buyer. We also offer express shipping. Please contact us by contacting us for more details. All orders will be processed ASAP, or by the next business day.
Please note that we only ship to US destinations, US territories and Military APO's, in the US Only. For other destinations outside the us please visit our contact us page and proceed to inform us you are a customer outside the United States and we will consider making special arrangements to ship you a product that suits your interest. Any shipping other than the US will increase your costs for shipping, which is typically added after checkout. When ordering multiple items, some products may be shipped separately.

The following policy applies to all sales on our web sites unless otherwise noted. Some seasonal sale items are sold on a NO RETURN basis, these are clearly marked on the page where you order the product as well as on your receipt that you receive via e-mail.
Products purchased on our web site may be returned within 15 days for a refund or exchange. The products must be unused and in original packaging. Products found to be defective will be considered according to the manufacturer's specifications. We accept only merchandise that has been purchased from our web sites.
Products must be in the original packaging and must be placed inside a protective cardboard box, just as they were shipped to you. Do not write on the packing of the product. Any packages sent to us wrapped in paper or plastic and not in an outer protective cardboard box are refused at the dock. Please do not send items back to us in this manner.
REFUNDS will be posted within 10 business days of the date of the confirmation e-mail you received. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your statement. This is beyond our control. We will post the credit in the time period we promised, provided instructions have been followed and we are able to cross reference your return to your order. Refunds will be issued for the amount of the product only. Shipping is NOT refundable.
FREE SHIPPING: IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING and you are returning the product, you will not receive a full refund. We will credit the price of the item minus the actual shipping. Also, we will charge an 18% restocking fee for all refunds or exchanges.
EXCHANGES will be shipped within 7-10 business days. All notifications regarding returns will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied with your original order. We are unable to add new e-mail addresses once your order has been placed and processed. This is a security measure. Please call our customer service line @ 1.410.507.9398 to arrange for return details. Please attain a tracking number from the carrier when you send the return to us. We are not responsible for lost packages and our customer service agents do not have a record of the date your return arrived at our warehouse.
